AI implementation for UK and European businesses

AI agents, knowledge assistants and automation for companies in London, Dublin, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and across Europe, designed for the EU AI Act and GDPR from day one.

AI implementation for UK and European businesses

Why European companies work with us

Useful AI that your DPO can sign off

European businesses want the productivity gains of AI, but they also face the world's most detailed AI and data protection rules. Many projects stall because compliance questions are asked only after the prototype is built.

We turn that around. In the first workshop we classify the use case under the EU AI Act, identify the personal data involved and agree where it will be processed. The architecture, hosting and controls then follow from those decisions.

The result is AI that your data protection officer, works council and security team can approve, and that your staff and customers can use in their own language.

Use cases

AI we implement for UK and EU companies

Multilingual customer service

Assistants that answer in English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and more, from one knowledge base.

Knowledge assistants

Search and answers over policies, contracts and technical documents, with access rights respected.

Document & back-office AI

Invoices, contracts, KYC files and claims processed with human review where it matters.

AI agents for operations

Agents that update ERP and CRM records, prepare reports and chase follow-ups, within strict permissions.

AI in SaaS products

Features for European SaaS companies, with EU hosting so you can keep your data processing promises.

Builder.ai project rescue with AI

Recovered apps extended with AI features once they run on infrastructure you own.

Rules & standards

Built for the EU AI Act, GDPR and UK rules

We are engineers, not lawyers, so we work alongside your legal advisers. What we bring is the technical side: systems designed so the obligations can actually be met.

EU AI Act

Risk classification, prohibited-practice checks, transparency notices for chatbots and AI-generated content, human oversight and logging. Obligations are phasing in, so we plan for the dates that apply to you.

GDPR

Lawful basis, data minimisation, data protection impact assessments and safeguards for automated decisions under Article 22.

UK GDPR & ICO guidance

UK projects follow the ICO's guidance on AI and data protection and the UK's updated rules on automated decision-making.

DORA

For banks, insurers and investment firms: ICT risk management and third-party oversight for AI providers.

Works councils

In Germany and other countries, AI that monitors or evaluates staff may need works council agreement. We provide the documentation.

Accessibility

Interfaces that follow WCAG guidelines and the European Accessibility Act.

How we work

From first workshop to production

  1. 01

    Use-case discovery

Workshops with your team to list where AI could help, then score each idea on value, feasibility, data and risk.

  2. 02

    Data readiness

We check the documents, databases and APIs the use case needs, and fix access, quality and privacy gaps.

  3. 03

    Proof of concept

A working prototype on your real data within weeks, tested against examples your team agrees are correct.

  4. 04

    Evaluation

An evaluation set that measures accuracy, safety and cost, so decisions are based on evidence rather than demos.

  5. 05

    Production build

Integration with your systems, single sign-on, permissions, audit logs, guardrails and human approval steps.

  6. 06

    Governance & compliance

Risk assessment, documentation and controls mapped to the rules in your markets.

  7. 07

    Rollout & training

A staged launch with the people who will use it, plus training and clear guidance on when to trust the output.

  8. 08

    Monitor & improve

Dashboards for quality, usage and cost, with regular reviews as models and your needs change.

Data & hosting

EU and UK data residency

We deploy in EU or UK cloud regions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and use model providers that offer EU data processing and data processing agreements. Where data must not leave your environment, we use self-hosted open-source models, including European models such as Mistral.

Data flows, sub-processors and retention are documented so your records of processing stay accurate.

  • Hosting in Frankfurt, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam or London regions
  • Data processing agreements and sub-processor lists
  • No training on your data
  • Self-hosted European and open-source models

Working together

Overlapping hours and clear contracts

India is 3.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of the UK and Central Europe, depending on the season, so our afternoon is your morning. Daily stand-ups and reviews happen in shared working hours.

We quote and invoice in EUR or GBP on request, sign a data processing agreement where we handle personal data, and write all documentation in English.

  • Stand-ups in UK and CET working hours
  • Data processing agreement on request
  • EUR or GBP invoicing
  • You own all code, prompts and IP

AI implementation in Europe and the UK: FAQs

Is your AI compliant with the EU AI Act?

Compliance depends on the use case and your role as provider or deployer. We classify the system with you, build in the required controls such as transparency, human oversight, logging and documentation, and work with your legal advisers on the final assessment.

When do the EU AI Act rules apply?

The Act entered into force in August 2024 and applies in stages: banned practices and AI literacy from February 2025, general-purpose model rules from August 2025, and most other obligations from August 2026 onwards. The EU has proposed moving some high-risk deadlines, so we check the current dates for your project.

Can our data stay in the EU?

Yes. We can host everything in EU regions and use model providers with EU data processing, or self-host open-source models in your own environment.

Does the EU AI Act apply to UK companies?

It can. The Act applies to AI systems placed on the EU market or whose output is used in the EU, wherever the company is based. UK-only use follows UK law and ICO guidance.

Can the assistant work in several European languages?

Yes. Modern models handle major European languages well. We test quality in each language you need before launch.

Do you invoice in euros or pounds?

Yes. We can quote and invoice in EUR or GBP.
