Real-world asset tokenisation

Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platforms

Turn property, commodities, funds and other assets into digital tokens that are easier to own, trade and manage.

Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platforms

Overview

Fractional ownership for the real world

Tokenisation represents ownership of a real asset as tokens on a blockchain. It enables fractional ownership, faster settlement and wider access to investments that used to be out of reach for most people.

AnAInfo builds tokenisation platforms that connect the legal structure of an asset with on-chain tokens: investor onboarding, compliant token transfers, distributions and secondary trading.

RWA tokenisation FAQs

What is RWA tokenisation?

It's the process of representing ownership of a real-world asset, such as a building or gold, as digital tokens on a blockchain, so ownership can be divided, transferred and tracked easily.

Is tokenised real estate legal?

Yes, in many jurisdictions, but the rules differ by country. The token usually represents shares in a legal entity that owns the property. We work alongside your legal advisers on the structure.

Which blockchain is best for tokenisation?

Chains with strong institutional adoption and low fees, such as Ethereum Layer 2s, Polygon and Avalanche, are common choices. Some projects use permissioned networks.

Can investors trade their tokens?

Yes. We can build a compliant secondary market so verified investors can trade asset tokens with each other.
