Asset tokenisation

Asset tokenisation platform development

Turn property, gold, carbon credits, art and other assets into digital tokens that can be owned in fractions and traded around the clock.

Asset tokenisation platform development

Overview

Bring any asset on-chain

Tokenisation records ownership of an asset, or a share of it, as tokens on a blockchain. Investors can buy smaller fractions, ownership changes hands in minutes rather than weeks, and income such as rent or interest can be paid out automatically.

AnAInfo builds asset tokenisation platforms for property developers, funds, commodity dealers, carbon project developers and galleries. We connect the legal structure that holds the asset to the tokens that represent it, so the platform works for investors, issuers and regulators alike.

What we build

Assets we tokenise

Real estate tokenisation

Fractional shares in homes, offices and hotels, with rental income paid to token holders.

Gold tokenisation

Tokens backed by allocated gold in audited vaults, redeemable for metal or cash.

Carbon credit tokenisation

Verified carbon credits as tokens with retirement tracking, so each credit is only counted once.

Art & collectibles

Fractional ownership of art, watches and collectibles held by a custodian.

Funds & private equity

Tokenised fund units with automated cap tables and investor reporting.

Invoices & private credit

Tokenised invoices and loans that open new funding to small businesses.

Asset tokenisation development FAQs

Which assets can be tokenised?

Almost any asset with clear legal ownership: property, gold and other commodities, carbon credits, art, fund units, private equity, invoices and loans.

Are tokenised assets securities?

Often, yes. Tokens that give a share of income or value are usually treated as securities, so the platform must include investor checks and transfer restrictions. We design for this with your lawyers.

How do carbon credit tokens avoid double counting?

Each token is linked to a specific credit in a recognised registry, and when a credit is used it is retired both in the registry and on-chain, so it cannot be sold again.

Can investors sell their tokens?

Yes, through a secondary market on your platform or approved trading venues, limited to verified investors where the rules require it.

How is this different from your RWA page?

Our RWA tokenisation page covers the overall approach. This page goes deeper into specific asset types such as gold, carbon credits and art.
